P1319 BYD: cell potential detection malfunction

The BYD control module logs P1319 when the battery voltage signal it receives is implausible, unstable or missing. The battery itself may be fine; the fault usually sits in the sensing path, such as a loose terminal, corroded connector or damaged wire, so supply and ground checks come first.
